Elegantly complex and intriguing, presenting sweet cereals, dried papaya, minerality, and green jasmine tea.

PALATE
Soft and elegant tannins accompanied by rock candy sweetness brings out oxidized papaya, and exotic fruit flavours full of umami and a delicate salinity

FINISH
A burst of toasted sourdough bread and nuts, raw cacao, and light yet dry oak tannins in a long, lingering harmony.
