Ancient burial rituals used juniper, angelica, and bay leaf to prepare for the afterlife. Today, we use them to make gin that prepares you for the afterlife. The cask is made from 100-year-old oak that’s charred inside and out. Crank up the volume, forget the rest.

NOSE
Eucalyptus, dry oak, citrusy juniper, pinewood, and green forest notes.

PALATE
Light mint and camphor, sweet juniper, fresh lemon zest, kumquat.

FINISH
Dried oak, light tanins, eucalyptus, and mint.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Enjoy neat for heavy flavor moshing, or serve in loud boisterous cocktails like a negroni or an old-fashioned. To rehydrate, serve it as a highball, with ginger ale or ginger beer, and a slice of lemon.
