Copenhagen Distillery was born with an ambitious vision of innovating whisky production. We release whiskies in three categories — RAW, RARE and REFINED — each with their own peculiarities.
The RAW category is defined by the absolute core of whisky making. The process from organic grain to virgin casks – distinctively to retain the flavour of the grain. This Single Malt is pure craftsmanship at its best.
The RARE category is defined as a product of our experimental approach – often released in very limited batches. This is absolutely Single Malt out of the ordinary.
The REFINED category is defined by a complex casking process – picking up notes from a range of our bespoke casks. A Single Malt characterised by a refined, sophisticated mosaic of flavours.
